Ingredients
- Meat of Choice (if using)
- Red and Yellow Bell Peppers
- Yellow Squash
- Any Other Desired Veggies
- Butter
Directions
Slice meat in strips and saute in a bit of butter or oil until done. While meat is cooking, slice Veggies in strips. Remove meat from pan, leaving drippings. Add a bit more Butter to the pan (a Tbsp or so) and stir fry veggies over high heat until tender crisp. Season as desired.
