Ingredients
- 6 Tilapia fillets
- 2 Tbsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Zest
- 1 ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper (or to your taste)
- 1 ½ tsp dried Basil
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp dried Thyme
- 1 cup Butter, melted
Directions
Heat a cast iron skillet on med-high until very hot. Mix all Seasonings in a bowl. Dip Tilapia fillets in melted Butter and lightly coat with seasonings. Place fillets in hot skillet and cook 2 minutes on each side until done.
