Cheese Crackers

You didn't expect to see a recipe for Cheese Crackers on this site, now did you? Well, these crackers aren't what you expect, either. They're better! All they are is cheese - how can that be a bad thing? SO easy and SO yummy!

Here's the quick rundown - Grate some cheese. Now bake it. Need more detail? Fine.

Ingredients
  • Cheese - any kind will do, but I prefer Parmesan

Directions
Coarsely grate the cheese. DON'T try to skip this step by being lazy and buying the pre-grated stuff because it's caked with anti-caking agent that can make it not melt as well in the baking process, and since there are only two steps to this recipe, I'll make fun of you for screwing it up if you take that shortcut.

On a cookie sheet lined with parchment (very important), spoon 1/8 cup of cheese into a mound and flatten slightly into a round. These will spread as they melt, so leave plenty of room between them. Bake at 400 for about 5 min, but watch them. Take them out when they are golden brown and let them rest a minute. Remove them from the pan using a spatula and enjoy! Great with artichoke dip! and salsa! and tuna! and salads! and by themselves!
