Dutch Oven Veggies

I love my Cast Iron! This is such an easy dish, and it can be an outdoor camping dish, or a Sunday dinner cooked in the oven. Love it!

Ingredients
  • Boccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Any Other Veggies (Yellow Squash, Potatoes if you tolerate them, etc.)
  • Butter
  • Spike -or- Real Salt Season Salt

Directions
Cut Veggies to desired size. Toss to mix and place in Dutch Oven with a 1/4-inch of water at the bottom. Place 5-6 pads of Butter on top and season well with Spike or Season Salt. Bake at 350 for 30 min.

You can also make this with Chicken in the bottom, just cook it a bit longer. Reduce the water even more if you choose to do it that way.
