I know I already have a recipe for Grain Free Almond Pancakes on here, but options are always nice, right? And honestly, I'm not sure which one I like better. My kids seem to like them both, so I guess it doesn't really matter which one I make on any given morning.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Meal
- 3/4 cup Almond Flour
- 6 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar (optional)
Directions
Combine all and mix until there are no lumps. Heat a bit of Coconut Oil in cast iron skillet over medium heat. Pour batter into skillet and cook one minute per side or until done. Serve with a smidge of Butter and Syrup. Yum!
