Olivocadomato Salad

This is my favorite quick and healthy lunch. It really carries you because of the good fats in the Avocado and Olives.

Ingredients
  • 2 Ripe Tomatoes - chopped
  • 1 Avocado - chopped
  • ½ can Olives - chopped
  • Red Onion - chopped
  • Olive Oil
  • Red Wine Vinegar
  • S&P
  • Oregano

Directions
Combine Veggies and dress with Oil & Vinegar. Add S&P and Oregano to taste.
